Jangamo Beach Resort offers a panoramic view from the pub / restaurant, from which all the Guinjata beach activities can be seen, and which also a good point from which to watch the whales in Guinjata Bay.

The atmosphere in the pub and restaurant on the Jangamo Beach Resort is unsurpassed. Ice cold refreshments and delectable sea-foods are available, fresh from the sea.

Jangamo Beach Resort at Praia de Jangamois situated 520km north of Maputo (Mozambiques capital city) at , Guinjata Bay (30km south of Inhambane). The road to Jangamo is tarred except for the last 20km, which is sand road through coconut and cashew nut plantations. Four-wheel drive vehicles or 2x4 with diff lock are preferable.

Fly-in packages are available to Jangamo Beach as well as self catering packages.

Jangamo Main Lodge - Double bedrooms with ablution block and a "lapa" with seating, tables, and self-catering facilities.

Jangamo Cabana - Self Catering Cabanas with 2 bedrooms.

Jangamo Casa - Self Catering house with 3 bedrooms.

De-Luxe Villas - 3 bedroom de Luxe Villa with 2 bathrooms (main bedroom en-suite) and a 4 bedroom de Luxe Villa with 2 bathrooms.

Fishermans Lodge - 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.

Visit nearby Inhambane for a touch of local colour. The Central Mercado, museum and informal markets are worth a visit. Local restaurants offer excellent seafood. Enjoy a trip on a traditional dhow from Imhambane to Maxixe return.
