Jeffs Palm Resort is situated 520km north of Maputo (Mozambiques capital city) and 30km south of Inhambane. The road to Jeffs is tarred except for the last 20km, which is sand road through coconut and cashew nut plantations. Four-wheel drive vehicles are preferable. Fly-in packages are available to Jeffs Palm Resort, and special rates are available at Jeffs for scuba diving groups, fishing teams and conferences. Jeffs resort offers superb views over Guinjata Bay and offers full board as well as self-catering packages. Jeffs Palm Resort AccommodationAccommodation at Jeffs Palm Resort is in self catering "Casas" (houses) or "Cabanas" or in sheltered camp sites or "Barracas". Jeffs Casas can sleep 8 - 10 people in four en-suite bedrooms. Jeffs Cabanas can sleeps 4 - 6 people in two bedrooms with shared bathroom. All Casas and Cabanas at Jeffs have a large open plan kitchen / dining / living area and a covered veranda. All Jeffs casas and cabanas are fully equipped with bedding, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, deep freezer and gas cooker. Swim and Snorkel in safe clear water, take a leisurely stroll on endless pristine beaches, or just relax and watch the waves, whales and dolphins. Rosa’s Portuguese Restaurant & Beach Bar is a must, enjoy a drink, exquisite seafood or local Portuguese cuisine. Open 7am to 9pm daily, the best kept secret North of Maputo. Visit nearby Inhambane for a touch of local colour. The Central Mercado, museum and informal markets are worth a visit. Local restaurants offer excellent seafood.
