Nordin’s Lodge is situated right on the beach
at Tofo, five minutes walk from Tofo village.
Surrounded by coconut palms and fir trees, it offers comfortable
chalets and half-reed casitas. The chalets have two double rooms
which can be rented separately, each room with private entrance
and en-suite bathroom, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities and
shared veranda.
The half-reed casitas have en-suite bathroom, fridge and tea/coffee
making facilities. All chalets and casitas are right on the beach
front – just step straight out onto the sand.

I have staid at Nordins for two nights.
The place is nice and quiet (we had no neighbhours....)
It is very near the "village centre" so you can walk
to the main "restaurants" and "attractions".
It is a medium budget accomodation but has nothing less then
the luxury ones (toilet in the room). |

Moved here after a terrible experience at Fatima's nest.
Big rooms! The fridge is a plus. Right on the beach! Felt safe!
The view is amazing and the sound of the ocean super soothing!
Will remember it with the passion fruit that we devoured on
the veranda! |

A group of 9 of us recently stayed in Nordin's Lodge for 6 nights.
We moved here after one horrific night in the round dorm at
Bamboozi Beach Lodge.
Mario (the manager) and the other staff are some of the most
helpful and accomodating people you'll ever meet. The rooms
are spacious, clean with all basic essentials and hot showers.
Even better, they are located practically on the beach and a
5 minute walk from the local market and stalls. There are plenty
of bars and restaurants a short distance away, the prices are
extremely reasonable and I would 100% recommend Nordin's. Thank

Nordin's is directly on the beach with single older style bungalows
and newer attached "double chalets". I stayed in the
newer type of chalet. The room is large with a double or 2 singles,
a wardrobe dresser, a refrigerator and a full bathroom. (Shower,
toilet, sink) 24 hours electricity when there is electricity
available. No generator. You have a hot water maker in the room
as well as complimentary coffee and tea. Mario is the "property
manager", speaks good english and does an excellent job.
Mr. Nordin comes in regularly. The staff will change your sheets
and towels upon request, but do not have keys to the rooms.
So, you ask them and they come. No problem. the veranda is large
with a table and two chairs.
The property is well-maintained and there is "security"
in the evening. The property is well-lit and I would rate it
as being very safe. No restaurant or food available.
It is very central in Tofo village
I couldn't have been happier and truly spent hours just watching
the waves roll in after some excellent diving. Would recommend
it to all. |
