Jays Beach Lodge is a rustic and quiet holiday resort, situated on the island of Macaneta, 40km north of Bilene. Chalets and camping sites just behind the dunes, meters away from the snow white sandy beach and beautiful sea. For day visitors there are a swimming pool, picnic sites with BBQ facilities, a Bar and Restaurant in a beautiful garden.

All you need to spend a day with your family and enjoy nature at its best. Jays can be reached by 4x4 vehicle and also 2x4 vehicles provided that they are not too low or too small. Crossing the Nkomazi river by ferry will form part of an exciting trip.

Chalets

Rondavels with two rooms and bathroom, sleeps 4.

Camping

Campsites have running water and BBQ's. Some have thatched shaded umbrellas and all very close to the beach. Ablutions have electric lighting and hot and cold water. Power points available on selected camp sites by pre arrangement.

Day visitors

Bring you own picnic basket a blanket or two and have some fun with you loved ones under trees or order lunch from the Bar Restaurant. BBQ's and charcoal available. Volleyball for the energetic and soccer goals for the kids.

All accommodation have electricity and are equipped with a fridge/freezer and necessary utensils. You only need to bring your own swimming towels, and your food you want to cook!

No matter where you are at Jay's, you will always hear the sea.
