The Lighthouse Reef resort is a paradise on its own with the Paindane
reef protecting the bay a magical underwater world is formed with makes
for great opportunities for snorkeling to discover all kinds of fish and
sea life.
With the reef protecting the bay it makes for perfect launching both high
tide and low tide.
Game fishing with kayaks is also becoming a great attraction because of
the natural protection created by the reef.
The bay also creates a safe launching platform at both high and low tide.
Not to far from the reef you can spot Barracuda, dorado and sail fish.
Scuba diving on the manta reef and other close-by reefs is the best in
the world and very popular. Whales, dolphins and whale sharks are in abundance
and can even be watched from your veranda.
Accommodation at Lighthouse Reef:
Most house consist of 4 bedrooms, 2 with an awesome view of the Indian
Ocean, each furnished with a queen sized bed and plenty of cupboard space
with both rooms on suite with bathrooms superbly furnished.
The other 2 rooms host 2 x single beds and a bathroom to share.
The kitchen, lounge and dining area is open plan and can cater for 8 people
very comfortably. A full time servant is available 7 days a week and is
included in the package with 24 hour security patrols for peace of mind.
This resort is shortly to be electrified by EDM Inhambane so generators
will be on stand by. Other casa's available.

Situated approximately 450km North of Maputo and 26km south of Inhambane.
The last 26km is on dirt road and its advisable to use a 4x4 vehicle.
