Situated about 30 m above the lagoon allows breathtaking view through upstairs panoramic windows looking down on a small river and vast stretches of beaches. also overlooking opposite dunes glowing in the afternoon sun. If you are lucky you may watch birds of pray flying below your window.

This is a place ideal for people who want to relax. We do not cater for young people under the age of 15 , no quad bikes allowed, in house libery, books for sale, splash pool +/- 500 m to the beach..
A restaurant is just up the road within walking distance.

Bird watching, walks on the clean beaches, boat trips across the lagoon to restaurants and pubs, Walks to turtle bay, whale watching, deep-sea fishing in season can be arranged.
