Via Africa is an informal self-catering lodge designed for large groups or families, comprising a large communal area with a fully-equipped kitchen, two toilets, a bar and dining room.

The area is surrounded by six double rooms, each with air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms ensuring total privacy. The chalets each sleep between 2 – 4 people in 1 x double bed and 1 x bunk bed per chalet.

A large wooden deck with three barbecues and a large swimming pool complete the picture.

The lodge is a mere two-minute walk from the world-famous Bilene Blue Lagoon and a 10-minute boat ride to the mouth, opening up to the fully stocked Indian Ocean with average water temperatures of 26 degrees Celsius. The town of Bilene offers two petrol stations, a bakery, informal market, bottle store, restaurants, a clinic, and pharmacy.
