We embark on a scenic trip to find the whale sharks, whales and
dolphins with the shore constantly in sight.
Masks and fins are at hand for the ultimate experience when the

natural habitat.
These trips are made on our super inflatable double hull duck.

Family fun trips:
Design a fun trip to your requirements
Book the super duck exclusively for your family.
Start with a sea safari where you amble on, view the light house
from the sea, watch the local fishing boats, admire the primal skills
of luring and hauling a catch onto these minute boats with shear
manpower. These skilled fishermen have the knack to fish successfully
where all motor and modern technology fails. It forces one to realise
that there is a difference in fishing for fun or out of necessity
to provide for the pot.
Enjoy an encounter with the whales. Admire the playful grace of
dolphins. Don mask and fins and swim with these beautiful creations.
Take your family to Pansy Island, pack sun screen and lunch and
watch young and old find their inner child in pure enjoyment of
what stark nature has to offer.

Directions to Palm Grove Lodge:
How to reach us - Palm Grove Lodge is situated 485 km north of Maputo
and 25 km from the town of Inhambane.
On entering through the Komatipoort (Resano Garcia) border gate
it is less than 100km to Maputo. Entering Maputo, follow the Xai
Xai direction boards. In passing through you will encounter a very
rough part of Maputo where roads and traffic rules are a concern.
Watch out for pedestrians crossing anywhere! Leaving Maputo behind
continue straight with the EN1. Follow the speed limits especially
through towns and villages and wear a seatbelt! The road from Maputo
to Xai Xai is in a very good condition and can be driven at night.
The road from Xai Xai however should be negotiated carefully. At
Lindela a definite split in the road appears with no indicators.
Take the right hand split as it leads to Inhambane - the left goes
to Maxixe.
In Inhambane follow the directions to Airport/ Tofo. Follow the
directions to Tofo at the Airport-split. At Bar Balaza the tar road
turns right to Tofo but to go to Barra, just continue straight on
the gravel road. The road ends at a T-junction. Here you turn left
and continue to Palm Grove Lodge, the first lodge at your right
hand side.
